01 Car diagnostics
We mainly deal with the production, assembly and delivery of:
- roller brake testers
- plate brake testers
- engine benches for engine performance measurement
- axle testers
- tester accessories
Everything is manufactured according to the supplied documentation for foreign as well as domestic partners. The shipment includes the production, surface finishing and installation, including electrical installation. All production at the company is carried out in line with the requirements of the ČSN and EN technical standards.
The supplied testers are almost solely hot-dip galvanized.
02 STEEL STRUCTURES
We manufacture custom-made atypical steel structures for the construction and engineering industries, parts of technological units and other structures according to a customer’s requirements. The equipment we have means we can also provide very large parts such as steel halls.
The company focuses on the quality of the welding process, which is reflected in the certificates it has obtained. The company’s technological equipment is also on an appropriate level. In addition to the basic welding aggregates, the company also operates an IGM robotized welding workplace.
The structures are almost exclusively supplied as hot-dip galvanized.
03 SMITHERY
We manufacture custom-made metal structures according to a customer’s requirements. Most of our products are staircases, grilles, doors, gates and railings. Our production also includes a high-quality anti-corrosive surface finish using hot-dip galvanization or spray coating according to a customer's requirements. Upon agreement, we can also provide you with the project and production documentation.
04 SPECIAL PROJECTS
In addition to standard production, KEB-EGE also carries out special projects. Our portfolio includes modifications of vehicles for fire brigades, the police of the Czech Republic and Škoda Auto. We supplied Škoda Auto with a special decontamination container which allows truck loading without the use of a crane. Containers have also been modified for the Pilsner Urquell brewery. These were to be seen in one of their promotional campaigns. The last product outside of our standard range of products is a seat for 4D cinemas which we supply to the Austrian company Kraftwerk Living Technologies.
